Transparent Simulated Prop Firm Programs

Haitian Forex offers skill-evaluation and Instant Funded programs in a simulated trading environment. Every active plan discloses its fee, account size, drawdown method, trading limits, profit split, and payout conditions before purchase. Program fees buy access to the selected service; they are not customer brokerage deposits or investments.

Important disclosure: challenge and funded accounts are simulated. Haitian Forex is not representing these programs as brokerage accounts, bank accounts, securities, investments, employment, or guaranteed income. No purchase guarantees funding, profits, or payouts.

How the program works

Traders select a disclosed plan and receive access after authoritative payment confirmation. Evaluation plans require the trader to satisfy the configured objective without breaching a rule. Instant Funded plans have no evaluation profit target, but all published risk and payout rules still apply.

  • Plan terms are shown before checkout.
  • The purchased plan is attached to the account as its rule contract.
  • Progress, rule usage, status, and credentials are shown in the authenticated dashboard.
  • A breach can restrict, fail, or close an account according to the applicable rule.

Daily drawdown

Daily drawdown is the maximum loss permitted during one trading day, expressed as a percentage of the plan account size. The dashboard also shows the corresponding monetary allowance and current usage. A breach is a fatal risk-rule violation.

  • The daily baseline resets according to the platform trading-day calculation.
  • Open and closed trading results may affect equity-based loss calculations.
  • The percentage shown on the plan remains the configured rule; live usage is displayed in money.

Maximum drawdown

Maximum drawdown is the total loss boundary for the account. The disclosed drawdown style determines the reference used for that limit. Legacy and current plan styles are interpreted explicitly rather than treated as interchangeable.

  • Static: the loss floor stays fixed from the initial account reference.
  • Trailing: the loss floor can move upward as the account reaches new highs.
  • Balance-based: the rule is evaluated using account balance.
  • Equity-based: the rule can include unrealized gains and losses in account equity.

Targets and trading days

Evaluation plans may define a profit target plus minimum or maximum trading days. Instant Funded plans display No Evaluation and do not invent a target from an old or null value. If a plan has no configured maximum duration, it is presented as unlimited rather than zero days.

Position and activity limits

Each plan may define leverage, minimum and maximum lot size, maximum trades per day, and a daily profit cap. A missing optional limit means the plan does not advertise that specific limit; it is never converted into a configured zero.

  • Leverage controls available simulated buying power.
  • Lot limits control the permitted size of an individual order.
  • Maximum daily trades limits accepted orders during a trading day.
  • A daily profit cap may be a percentage or fixed monetary amount.

Consistency, news, and weekends

A consistency rule, when enabled, limits over-reliance on one unusually profitable day; the current program uses a 40% consistency threshold. Each plan also states whether news trading is restricted and whether positions may remain open over the weekend.

Profit split and payout eligibility

The profit split is the percentage of eligible simulated profit allocated to the trader after review. A plan may also require a minimum profit amount and a waiting period before a payout request. Requests remain subject to account status, rule compliance, identity checks, fraud review, and the applicable terms.

  • A displayed split is not a promise that profit or a payout will occur.
  • Payout eligibility is assessed from recorded account activity and rule status.
  • Rejected or adjusted requests require a recorded reason.
  • Trading losses cannot create a debt owed by the trader beyond paid program fees unless separate written terms expressly state otherwise.

Enforcement and transparency

Risk checks are applied to supported order sources, and material account decisions are recorded for audit. Traders can compare the advertised plan with the account rule details in their dashboard. Haitian Forex does not silently turn a missing rule into a stricter zero-value rule.

U.S. legal and regulatory posture

Haitian Forex is operated by JAY CAPITAL LLC. The simulated prop firm service is structured as a skills-evaluation and technology program, not as a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, exchange, bank, investment adviser, or custodian of client trading capital. Nothing on this page is a legal opinion or a claim of approval by a U.S. regulator.

  • Eligibility can depend on location and applicable law.
  • Users remain responsible for reviewing local restrictions and tax obligations.
  • A statement that outside U.S. counsel reviewed the program will be published only when a signed, current opinion exists and its scope can be described accurately.
  • Questions about legal status or program terms may be sent through the public support channel before purchase.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Does buying a challenge guarantee a funded account?

No. The trader must satisfy the selected plan rules and avoid account breaches.

Are Haitian Forex funded accounts live brokerage accounts?

No. Challenge and funded-program accounts are simulated unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. The platform does not present a plan fee as a deposit into a personal brokerage account.

Where can I see the exact rules for my plan?

Current rules and prices are displayed in the active-plan section, again before checkout, and inside the account dashboard. The plan attached to the purchased account is the controlling program rule set.

Does Instant Funded mean there is no evaluation target?

Yes. Instant Funded plans skip the evaluation profit target. They still have risk, activity, payout, and conduct rules.

What happens when a drawdown rule is breached?

Daily or maximum drawdown breaches are fatal risk violations and can cause the simulated account to fail or become restricted.

Are payouts guaranteed?

No. Payouts depend on eligible simulated profit, the disclosed waiting period and minimum, account status, rule compliance, identity verification, and fraud review.

Is Haitian Forex approved by a U.S. financial regulator?

Haitian Forex does not claim that its simulated prop firm programs are approved by a U.S. financial regulator. The service is not presented as brokerage, investment-advisory, banking, or custodial activity.

Does Haitian Forex have a published U.S. legal opinion?

This website does not claim a formal outside-counsel opinion unless a signed and current document exists and its scope is published accurately. The legal disclosures describe the intended operating model and are not a substitute for legal advice.
