Identity, payment, and account integrity
AML & KYC Policy
Haitian Forex maintains identity, payment-ownership, transaction-review, and account-control procedures intended to protect users and the platform from fraud, identity abuse, money laundering, unauthorized payments, and other prohibited activity.
Effective September 7, 2026. This policy applies to Haitian Forex services operated by JAY CAPITAL LLC. Requirements may vary by product, transaction, payment provider, account status, location, and applicable law.
Purpose and scope
This policy explains the information Haitian Forex may request, the reviews it may perform, and the restrictions it may apply when users register, fund an account, buy a service, request a refund, trade, transfer value, or request a withdrawal or payout.
- AML means measures intended to deter and identify money laundering and related financial abuse.
- KYC means measures used to understand and verify the identity and account ownership of a user.
- This policy does not describe Haitian Forex as a licensed broker, bank, money transmitter, or government authority.
Identity and account verification
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete account information. Haitian Forex may request identity or account-ownership evidence when required by a product flow, transaction review, payment provider, risk concern, or applicable requirement.
- Requested evidence may include a government-issued identity document, a selfie or liveness-style image, address or contact information, and information needed to match the user to an account or transaction.
- Documents must be genuine, legible, unaltered, current where required, and belong to the person using the account.
- Verification may be pending, approved, rejected, or requested again when information changes, expires, conflicts, or cannot be confirmed.
- Submitting information does not guarantee approval of an account, transaction, refund, withdrawal, payout, or product.
Payment ownership and source information
A user should fund and receive eligible returns through payment methods and accounts they are authorized to use. Haitian Forex may request evidence connecting a payment, wallet, bank account, mobile-money account, card, or provider account to the verified user.
- Third-party, stolen, unauthorized, deceptively obtained, or identity-mismatched payment methods are prohibited.
- For a transaction-specific review, Haitian Forex may request the transaction ID, amount, date, payment method, proof of payment, wallet or account ownership, purpose of the transaction, or reasonable source-of-funds information.
- Approved refunds and reversals are handled under the Refund & Payment Reversal Policy, including its original-payment-source requirements.
- Users must never send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, private keys, or seed phrases to Support.
Prohibited activity
Users may not use Haitian Forex to conceal ownership, disguise the source or destination of funds, process unlawful proceeds, evade restrictions, misuse another person’s identity, or facilitate fraud or other illegal activity.
- Prohibited conduct includes forged or altered documents, false identity information, account sharing for verification, stolen payment instruments, chargeback abuse, duplicate-account abuse, unauthorized third-party transactions, and attempts to bypass review controls.
- Users may not structure, split, route, or mislabel activity to avoid account, payment, verification, refund, withdrawal, or compliance review.
- Use connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations, scams, market manipulation, cybercrime, or other unlawful conduct is prohibited.
Transaction and account review
Haitian Forex may review account records, transaction history, payment evidence, device or access information, trading activity, refund or dispute history, and submitted verification information when investigating risk or eligibility.
- A transaction may remain pending while provider confirmation, identity, ownership, account status, or supporting information is reviewed.
- Haitian Forex may request clarification or additional evidence and may place proportionate limits on an account while a review is open.
- Reviews may be manual, provider-assisted, or supported by platform rules and alerts. This policy does not claim that every transaction receives automated sanctions or identity screening.
Restrictions and decisions
Where permitted by the Terms and applicable law, Haitian Forex may delay, reject, reverse where technically possible, limit, suspend, or close activity associated with unverifiable information, unauthorized payments, fraud indicators, prohibited conduct, legal restrictions, or failure to cooperate with a reasonable review.
- Restrictions are not proof that a user committed wrongdoing; they may remain in place while facts are verified.
- Available funds, refunds, withdrawals, challenge access, funded-account payouts, and account status remain subject to the rules applicable to that product and transaction.
- Haitian Forex may preserve relevant records or provide information when lawfully required. This statement does not promise or describe a specific reporting obligation in every jurisdiction.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining one accurate account, protecting access credentials, using only authorized payment methods, keeping information current, and responding truthfully to reasonable verification requests.
- Notify official Support promptly about suspected account takeover, unauthorized payment, identity misuse, duplicate transaction, or incorrect account information.
- Do not create another account or route a transaction through another person to avoid a pending review.
- Keep transaction records and communicate through official Haitian Forex channels.
Information handling
Identity, payment, and transaction information is handled for account operation, security, fraud prevention, eligibility review, dispute handling, and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
- Only submit requested information through the designated Haitian Forex account, verification, or support flow.
- The Privacy Policy explains the broader handling of personal information. This AML & KYC Policy does not promise a specific retention period or security certification that has not been separately published.
Changes and contact
Haitian Forex may update this policy prospectively as services, payment providers, risk controls, or applicable requirements change. Questions or transaction-specific concerns should be submitted through official Support.
